  Unbelievable horrible experience. These guys have a great sales team but do not communicate and do not deliver. After they get your payment, they don't deliver, make lots of excuses, caused damages to my business furniture, knocked down my network, alarm system and broke doors while on site. The costs of repairing what they broke alone exceeded the bill for the floor. They also caused damages to the floor (that was sold as "ROCK SOLID" and refused to fix and/or repair the damages. Basically washed their hands of the project after the owner himself showed up to inspect how a "ruler" chipped this "rock solid" flooring system and the colors didn't match, that cost me thousands. They don't respond to emails, voicemails or phone calls, nothing is urgent to them and they lack communication tremendously amongst each other. Broken promise after broken promise and then offered a refund verbally. After I was told they can't do anything else and won't do anything else, won't reimburse me for damages, won't fix and repair or finish my floor so the 2 parts match (done in 2 totally different colors and finishes), he refused refund. Now his offering for resolution is a mere 15% of the thousands it cost me and he wants to battle thru a lawyer because he doesn't feel he owes me anything and he should be paid in full! If you can't do something and do it as promised or do it right, why should you get paid if the customer has to pay someone else to fix your problems and get it done properly again? I'm not one to leave a bad review but people like this can't continue to take advantage of consumers, it's just not fair!
